What are some tips for managing IBS diarrhea?
I have IBS Diarrhea and would like feedback from those that suffer from it.I’ve been having a really hard time lately and mostly the topics are about IBS with constipation.What helped you manage this type of?
Imodium AD preventively helps.
I’ve been using that almost daily. Do you follow a specific diet?
I was having that every day for a while. And I finally found out that the medicine i took every night was part of the problem. Mylanta has magnesium in it and that gives me diarrhea. I didnt realize that the medicine that made my stomach feel better was part of the problem. I quit taking that and I still have ibs but not every day with the diarrhea.
