Does anyone find themselves stuck in the bathroom having a marathon of diarrhea for 30 minutes to an hour?

I try not to eat when friends family are around because this might trigger an attack of diarrhea which could have me stuck in the bathroom for a long time - like 30 minutes to an hour. I think this is why they don't seem to think anything is wrong with me. Does anyone have a similar experience?
