Weather changes

I’ve had IBS D for over 30 years and I know I’ve tried just about any and everything.Nothing really helps and when it rains or snows I get really, sick on those days it’s a chore just to get moving.I’m trying Heather’s tummy care and I think it’s helping but I’ve only been on it a little over a week, also the past two days the weather has been beautiful and dry.Has anyone else noticed a change in their IBS D when it rains or snows?

  1. I've had IBS-D since I was 7/8 years old and now 56.

Weather changes didn't seem to affect me until my late teens. Change of seasons and heat with humidity.

    The past 3 years I experience I
IBS symptoms whenever the barometric pressure drops. I purchased a barometer to see if my observations were correct. And my intestinal sensitivity is more accurate than the barometer!

Global warming has really escalated causing climate change even globally.

I have been also gardening for over 20 years and I noticed the seasons are not like they used to be.

Im sorry your experiencing the discomfort of erratic barometric pressure.

My mother and my maternal grandmother also have ibs. And experience discomfort of seasonal changes.

    Your not alone.

    1. I’ve definitely noticed a difference the past couple of years, every since Covid, when the weather changes especially rain, I know I’m going to be miserable so yes I know the barometric pressure does affect IBS😢
