Microbiome test
Has anyone here ever done a microbiome test at home and sent it away to be analysed in a laboratory & received the results back again? If so, was it any good & did you receive any benefit from this, in terms of modifying your diet according to the results?
I’m looking at some on Amazon but I don’t know if they’re gimmicks of not. Thanks
