Healed well

Haven’t been on here in a while because I’ve been doing very well since the summer tbh. As you all know, I was diagnosed with functional dyspepsia a while back and tried everything under the sun from Kefir to pro biotic supplements, to peppermint oil capsules, PPIs , antacids, slippery elm, marshmallow root and everything in between. Nothing worked at all.
What had really, really helped me tremendously is a product called Source of life gold Liquid by Natures way. I’d estimated I’m about 70- 80 percent better. I’ve deliberately waited a long time (6 months) before posting this, because a lot of people tend to try a supplement and think they’re cured in a day or two only to relapse and in reality all they experienced was a placebo effect. The fact that I’ve tried lots of different supplements without success and it’s been so long since I’ve been in bad pain(ie bloating), indicates to me the effect is definitely not placebo . One major symptom that has completely disappeared for me is the sudden urge to go to the toilet when making a long car journey in the morning (and I haven’t been to the toilet for a number 2 yet). A cold sweat used to come over me and I used to panic like nothing normal- never used to get diarrhoea, just normal poo but the pain, sensation and panic that used to accompany it was horrendous. Now I can drive long distances in the morning and absolutely no sensations or panic come over me.
The ironic thing is that the when I first tried Source of life gold liquid for the first 2 or 3 times it caused me bloating and pain. After that it disappeared. I can only hypothesise that because it’s such a highly anti inflammatory , anti oxident supplement(contains Chorella, Spirulina, green tea, reservatrol, umpteen different types of mushrooms etc etc,)it has reduced inflammation in my gut. Either that or it has majorly improved my gut mircobiome, I’m not sure.
Be warned though, it’s quite expensive though, 40 odd quid here in the North of Ireland , which I’d guess is 60 US dollars and it really doesn’t last that long if taken in recommended dosage. But I’m happy to pay it because the change has been dramatic. Might not work for you but it’s worth a try!

  1. Thanks so much for your update and sharing what has finally worked for you, I'm glad to hear that you've been feeling so much better! Wishing you all the best, Karina (team member)

    1. This is amazing. Your approach to this supplement is so respectable and appreciated! You've taken so much time and energy in sharing such an amazing testimony with us and for that I'm grateful. I know of so many people who have tried the supplements and alternative options that you've mentioned, just to turn up with nothing. Nothing but a feeling of helplessness and frustration. Sure, Source of Life Gold Liquid may be expensive, but it sounds worth it if it can help curb IBS bathroom anxiety and diarrhea. That's something that I, myself, always struggle with! Thank you so much for sharing your findings with us.

      1. Haven’t came here in a long while because I haven’t needed to. I’m probably about 95% cured of the conditional I was diagnosed (functional dyspepsia). I don’t take source of life gold anymore because I don’t need to. I eat every whole food going, containing every fodmap there is, and I don’t notice any symptoms at all. Long term avoidance of fodmaps is totally non sensical to me - I honestly think you have to build up your tolerance to them over time. Stress management is also a MAJOR component, I can’t stress how important that is. Learn to relax & your gut will thank you for it!
I may occasionally run into difficulties and get bloating/discomfort if I eat junk food late at night the odd weekend, but this is entirely of my own doing and something I have to cut out entirely.
Other that that my advice is to keep your chins up & keep on trucking.

        1. Thank you so much for updating us, I'm so happy to hear that you're almost symptom-free now! What you say about the stress component resonates a lot, I'm come to realize just how important that is for me, too.
Wishing you all the best and thanks again for sharing your story to help others!
