I need help, any advice?

Hello everyone I've been suffering from G.I problems for 6 years, still undiagnosed, I'm hoping someone can help me. My symptoms began in 2019 everyone though it was crohns, including myself. Traces of both crohns and colitis were found during my first colonoscopy. Oh I should mention I'm currently 38 years old, I'm a male and I live in Canada. I was put on mezavant afterwards, which really eleviated my pain, which was my most troublesome symptom. Still lots of diarrhea, but i didn't care because there was no pain anymore. I'd still go to the bathroom I'd say 10 times per day on a good day and double that on a bad day. Fast forward 4 years later and I started having upper stomach area symptoms. Bloating, belly distention, gas, cramps, a lot of pain and these awful tasting and smelling burbs. The symptoms only flared up about 2 or 3 times per year, but would last days. Sometime I couldn't even walk upright do to the cramps. In 2024 I had a surgery on my abdomen. They found from a Ct scan that my upper colon was telescoping. In other words it was folding into itself, thus causing my symptoms so they thought. They operated with the intention of removing that area of my colon. But when they went in, they found nothing causing the fold. Usually there will be a tumor or a cyst, something like that, causing the folded part of the colon to stay stuck in that position. But they found nothing and stitched me back up. It was later decided that what I was probably suffering from was IBS, that is most likely brought on by extreme stress. But my symptoms are getting worse now, much worse. I've been hospitalized numerous times, I've had every test done on me that the canadian health system offers multiple times. I've had multiple colonoscopys and endoscopys. Everything always comes back negative. My symptoms are becoming so bad now that I've constantly in fear of not being able to work. I dont know what to do. If anyone has any advice I would deeply appreciate it.
