Cramps that move around

I’ve been having cramping and fullness right under my rib cage for several weeks . The cramping moves around and not always in the same place. It happens intermittently. Went to doctor , had CAT scan numerous bloodwork. Nothing abnormal. Anyone else with similar symptoms . I usually have 3 bowel movements per day and that is the same as before.
