What are some of the biggest challenges you face when trying to reduce processed foods in your diet?
IrritableBowelSyndrome.net Team
What you eat can have a big impact on your IBS symptoms. For example, eating processed foods may trigger or worsen symptoms in some people. Have you tried to reduce the amount of processed food you eat? How did that go for you?
How have you been feeling today? Hopefully you have been doing okay and having minimal symptoms. -Elizabeth (team member)

When you need a quick meal, and have no time or energy to cook one

I feel that so much. For me, I've found that eating something like a simple sandwich (I use gluten-free bread) is the best option when I don't have time to cook. I also try to cook bigger quantities to be able to eat leftovers. Those can be frozen, too, so that you can have a quick and safe meal when you need it. Karina (team member)

Karina, I know how you feel, if I go out for tea, I have to empty my stomach pretty much before I finish my meal or straight after. I never order anything fried, I pretty much stick to bland foods and it does not help. Might as well stay home
