Tips to Feel Better

What are your tips, steps, or go-to moves to help you feel a bit better after being social, over-indulging, or working through a flare?

  1. Recovering from flare, or just yesterday, colonoscopy- I use tea, white GF toast, jelly or cheddar cheese, boullion, chicken rice soup, scrambled eggs boring but it works for me. Just found Rice ramen noodles at Costco to add to my boullion/broth and soups/pho

    1. Ugh, flares stink, and especially when you don't know what triggered them. This time, though, you obviously know but it was unavoidable. I get the dread anxiety when I know I'm doing something that is probably going to cause a flare. Just have to get through it, I suppose! Remember, you are not alone! DPM
