Ruq pAin

Has anybody suffered from ruq pain, like somebody jabbing you under ribs? I had my gallbladder removed a year ago and still get pains. They disappeared for a while but came back after a period of rubbish eating. The dr has put me on the FODMAP diet and I’ve cut and gluten and dairy. The diahrrea has improved but I still have this stabby uncomfortable feeling she thinks is a combination of gallbladder removal and IBS. Just wondered if anyone had anything similar?
