IBS Pain Experience??

When my IBS flares my whole stomach feels uncomfortable and I get pain every where in my abdomen and sometimes sharp stabs around my belly buttons that comes and go and weird cramps and my stomach feels so tender and painful like I can't get up and I wanna curl up sometimes it feels so uncomfortable I feel like crying.
