Not too much fruit or veg

Having an apple everyday triggers mine. I can’t eat too much veg either, so no greens but garden peas are ok

  1. Hey! Finding the foods that trigger your IBS can be difficult, frustrating, and, ultimately, painful. It is something that many of us who suffer with chronic illnesses have to deal with. I know it took me many years to find the trigger foods that make my rheumatoid arthritis go haywire and the main one was sugar! That sucked, very much, because sugar is my jam! My sweet, sweet, jam!
