Herbal teas

Hi I haven't tried ginger tea bags, before I do has anyone had good results with them,? I'm always having peppermint tea after my supper which helps a bit

  4. What other foods are good can eat and no problem for running to washroom

    1. My go-to is usually rice when I'm not feeling my best. Gets some carbs in me without being super heavy. If raw vegetable cause issues, veggie burgers can be great for nutrients without having to consume raw veggies (I personally like the Bubba burger brand).
