Diarrhea and vomiting.

I sometimes have such bad diarrhea that I vomit and feel faint. Is this normal? I had a bad episode on Friday night and slept on bathroom floor. I’m still having gurgling and some diarrhea but it’s better. I have barely eaten anything for days so could that be the problem? I have a lot of stress because I’m scared of illness.
