I don't have diarrhea at all! Can I still have IBS??
Title says it all. People, you have no idea how much I'm suffering. I hope you guys can help me. Symptoms I have are, excessive bowel gases, constipation but the stool is soft and small flat in size, heat burn and frequent throat clearing until my bowel movements come out. My doctor recommended me Endoscopy and colonoscopy to exclude everything and diagnose me with IBS. But I don't have diarrhea at all. Please tell me if I can have ibs or not without diarrhea. BTW, these gases stuck in my anus never let me sleep and I haven't slept for days properly for the last 5 months.
