Stool cultures

Hi I just recently had stool cultures, the one with the little bottles and just finished the 24 hr stool cultures. So far the only thing is the calprotectin test went from 94 in August to 138 a couple days ago. I have either diarrhea or constipation. Last colonoscopy showed tortuous colon and diverticula pocket. Anyone have high levels like this? I am 67 and feel it’s getting worse as I get older.
