  1. I'm so sorry you're dealing with this, that's so, so hard. You're not alone. Other community members have seen changes in their symptoms after getting Covid, too. We've also heard several times that spine injuries can contribute to digestive issues, so I hope that your rumathologist will be able to help you with that. Please don't lose hope and don't stop advocating for yourself! Some people had terrible symptoms and then got a lot better: https://irritablebowelsyndrome.net/living/hope. Are you seeing someone to help with you the depression these issues are causing you? The stress can definitely make symptoms a lot worse as well. Is there any way you could take some time off work to just give your mind and body some rest? I'm also going to share a couple of articles about dealing with contraption, in case you haven't tried these things yet: https://irritablebowelsyndrome.net/living/self-massage-for-constipation, https://irritablebowelsyndrome.net/food/meals-constipation, https://irritablebowelsyndrome.net/living/vitamins-constipation, https://irritablebowelsyndrome.net/food/constipation-food-tips.
