How IBS is treated in Europe and South America.Medication.

  1. Hi, we are a US based company so we don't have a ton of information on IBS overseas but we do have a few articles like this one https://irritablebowelsyndrome.net/living/eating-europe-helped-ibs Hopefully it gives you at least a little bit of insight into the condition over there, and if there's anything else we can do let us know! In addition, if there's anything you learn please feel free to share! Keep on keepin' on, DPM

  2. Thank you for your response and the link.
It is a very encouraging story.

I have a lot of friends who live abroad: Europe, South America for instance. Two of them suffer from IBS. Their doctors prescribed them a medication. The drug is called Trimebutrin and they tell me they are very happy because it helps a lot with symptoms. It is, from what I have read, a regulator of digestive spasms. It is not available in the U.S.
