Ibs m

I have Diarrhea at present but not sure how to manage it. My IBS recently seems to have become IBS M so I can also get constipation which has been predominate. If I use Diarrhea management meds. Will it just fling me back.in to constipation which is possibly even worse than diarrhoea.
