I need tips for a 10 hourFlight to Spain

I am 78 and traveling alone to visit my son & family whom I haven't seen in 10 years. If I would have an accident? What can I carry on that that won't be questioned by TSA?

  1. That's so exciting that you'll see your son and his family! It sounds like an amazing trip. I totally hear your concern. Traveling is so difficult with IBS because there are so many variables out of your control. But there certainly are ways to make it work, it just takes a bit of preparation. Here are a few articles about traveling with IBS that I think you will find helpful.

When is your trip planned for? Do you have plenty of time to prepare?
