Candida

Hi everyone

I have suffered from IBS most of my life Mainly due to food intolerance
Usual Symptoms
I would just like to advise anyone on PPIs that I have also suffered from candida over growth in the Stomach , I'm on 40 Mg a day of Omeprazole Due to acid Reflux ,6 years Ago I had a Candida overgrowth, I didn't know what it was it went on For ages, until we realised what the Problem was
I have Just had another Attack
Symptons Are
Wind
Stomach Pain
Toilet Issues
Joint Pain
Brain fog
Joint and Muscle pain
The PPI reduces acid , But acid is what keeps the Candida in our guts in Check , a simple 7 Day course of 1 a day 50 Mg Fluconazole Resolves the Issue , If this helps one person it is worth me posting
