Chest pain from IBS

Unfortunately I've developed Long Covid (which I believe is a form of CFS/ME). Fatigue, tinnitus, chest pain (or so I had thought), palpitations all with a huge dose of anxiety/worry. I was wondering if my chest issues could be related to the gut? I've had IBS before years ago but been OK since.

I was recently told I've had EBV reactivation too probably due to covid. I'm 34 male. A cardiologist has ruled out heart issues.

I'll try to explain the symptoms as best I can:

- A large portion of the day I am feeling/hearing intestinal movement as well as a steady low tremor/spasm in my gut somewhere
- I am lying down almost the entire day (due to being very ill)
- When lying still on my back and breathing slowly/deeply (meditation) after a while I get a rising extremely sharp pain that feels like it's just below the left nipple. It's very sharp almost like a nerve pain and it's so excruciating but recently I'm trying to not react to it. If I wait long enough whilst it's at the peak of pain, sometimes it will fade away after a minute but returns again. I also often feel some movement shortly after somewhere in my stomach/intenstines which is why I thought perhaps related.
- Sometimes after eating if I touch my gut just below left ribs it's painful

I thought maybe trapped gas but I'm going to the toilet every morning and the condition of my stool is good. My diet is clean.
