IBS management.

I’ve suffered for over 5 years with my stomach. Had blood tests completed several times ruling out celiac etc etc. tried dairy free diet, low sugar diet. Nothing seems to work. I’ve tried peppermint tea, buscopan and other medications nothing helps.

I can go around a week without serious symptoms but I still suffer almost evryday with pain, nausea and visits to the toliet up to 6 times and spend a long time each time there 🙁
Whenever I eat the pain gets worse and it never fully goes away.

Any advice?

  1. That's really hard, I'm so sorry. Here are some ideas: Have you tried a gluten free diet as well (even though you tested negative for Celiac)? Have you been tested for SIBO (https://irritablebowelsyndrome.net/living/getting-tested-for-sibo) or seen a nutritionist or naturopath for a different approach?
