Be careful: Souces differ (sometimes greatly). Also don't be dishearted if something that is clearly labelled "low Fodmap" (like f.e. a certain size/portion of a food that contains Fodmaps) is giving you bad symptoms. I found a (sadly small) list of foods that go well with me and most items I could theoretically eat just don't work for me. I know this spiel. You'll just have to try.
