horrific nausea

hi wot a great forum having others that go through the same and offer advice means so much . i started haveing problems with food over 25 years ago ( i’m 53) . what ever dinner i eat i fill full after couple of bites.i’ve also had really bad constipation for years ,
3 years ago it got so bad i was haveing nausea with severe stomach cramps for days on end and nausea, after 2 years of going in and out of a and e and not gettin anywhere i realised the movecol i was takeing was causing the severe stomach cramps , so i came off it and after trying senna ,syrup of figs and god knows wot else i found lactulose helped the most . now i’m in situation where the stomach cramps aren’t as severe but i still get the nausea all day then i open my bowels and after a couple of hours i feel fine again but the nausea comes on every time i open my bowels so if it’s every day i have nausea every day, i hate it , doesn’t seem to matter wot i eat even a sandwich can bring it on, i read about haveing flare ups but i just wondered if any of u have the stomach cramps and nausea every time before u go to toilet? i’m so baffled with all the diets u can go on also . i’m waiting to see gastro but it months on the waiting list , i take anti nausea but doesn’t help much ,x
