colonoscopy prep
Has anyone tried one of the low liquid volume bowel preps? Was it effective in cleansing?
I have not personally but my mom just had surgery and had to take it. She said it didn't taste bad at all, and it was not a difficult prep whatsoever. I will be having a colonoscopy beginning of December and I will be requesting this prep. -Elizabeth (team member)

I have not tried it, and didn't even know it existed until I read your post 😀 I also wonder if it is available OTC as a colon cleanse for chronic constipation. I just gave myself a research project! I too hope it is an option for you and that it works 😀 Cheers, Kim. Have chronic IBS constipation daily can not go on my own. Have to use Miralax followed with fiber cause laxatives gives me uncontrollable watery diarrhea. And that goes on for days as it tapers off. So cause of that I am not able to have colonoscopy I never get fully emptied then it starts all over again. Plus it’s difficult to do Colon Guard. Laniezz makes my stomach cramp bad, and it literally makes me sick.
Oh no, I'm so sorry you react so badly to laxatives. 🙁 I do too, I took them once in my life after giving birth to my first baby and I got the worst flare I had every had.
