Help with food suggestions!

It's November 2nd and I am already in the Christmas spirit (it's never too early in my house!)
Does anyone know of any good low-fodmap advent calendars? I'd hate to miss out on that little tradition!
Also, has anyone here tried any of the Fody pasta sauces? They sound great but I'd love to know if they're worth the money!

Big thanks to anyone that helps out! 😀)

  1. Ummmm I don't live in the USA but took a glance at those ingridients and I would always try to avoid canned sauces. It starts with tomatoes: If they're low/high FODMAP depends on their tomatoe type (there are over 10,000 tomatoe varieties).
Second (and more important): Fresh tomatoes you can go for as they are less problematic ... FODMAPS love to increase the longer a food is preserved which is especially true for tomatoes.

Try to make your own pasta sauce maybe? I'd go for something with a zucchini base 😀

    1. 10,000 tomato varieties!? Thanks for that fun fact lol!
I've made a few of my own sauces and they've been lovely but life gets busy and I need more quick and easy things! Maybe I should try prepping and storing ahead of time.

    2. Maybe you should. I'd advice to check what ingridients build up FODMAPS over time.
