Comments on Phillips Milk of Magnesia. I am having bad stomach cramps after going to bed. Commentson Soluble fiber.

  1. Hi , unfortunately I don't have any personal experience with this product, however there seem to be lots of reviews on iHerb, maybe that could help? We also have this article about magnesium and IBS-C: https://irritablebowelsyndrome.net/living/vitamins-constipation. Have you tried keeping a food diary to figure out if something you eat could be triggering those cramps at night? Karina (team member)
