I've heard Imodium can help some with IBS but does anyone know of something that is truly reliable in curbing IBS symptoms?

I'm going to link an overview of different medications used for IBS here: https://irritablebowelsyndrome.net/medications, as well as specific treatments for diarrhea: https://irritablebowelsyndrome.net/medications/anti-diarrhea-medication-for-ibs-treatment. I hope this helps.
Have you tried adjusting your diet to help with symptoms? In my experience, that was very helpful, and also working on stress and anxiety if that's something you deal with, since those can trigger IBS as well.

My Proctologist prescribed Hyoscyamine and I found miracle pill #2. No more Immodium for me past 4 mths. Its Hyoscyamine as needed. It slows things down perfectly for me.
Hope you find what works for you

I use Imodium Multi Symptom Relief.
It not only helps diarrhea but it also relieves gas, bloating and stomach pain. It works well for me, but everyone is different. Good luck!

I also use Imodium Multi Symptom Relief pretty much every day. I wait for one poop to come out and once it's out, I take the Imodium. This seems to be the ticket for me. It used to constipate me but not anymore.
