Diet, Yoga & Time management along with Homoeopathy can do wonder

I have overcome all the difficulties thrown on me by IBD and Arthritis. Now I am leading healthy life. I have narrated in my story in my book. It's "If I can, You can too..", available online.

I will respond to questions in this forum.

  1. That's great news that you're feeling healthy! It is amazing how well homeopathy can work sometimes. And congrats on writing a book! Have you checked out our sister site, InflammatoryBowelDisease.net? I'm sure you would have a lot to contribute there as well. Thanks for sharing. Hope you have a great day. - Kat (Team Member)

    1. Thanks Kat!
I am free to share my success story with everyone interested. I don't need anything for that. If someone gets cured because of my experience, I would love to do it again and again.
      Thanks again!

      1. Thank you so much for sharing what has helped you! Were you also diagnosed with IBS alongside IBD and arthritis? What kinds of diet changes did you make to feel better?

    2. You will agree that Medicine, Diet, Yoga and Meditation all these play important role in treatment of any disease. As you have specifically asked about diet, hee is the diet plan I am following:
      1. Non-spicy simple home cooked food.
      2. Plenty of curd and probiotic food.
      3. Drink three to four glasses of water in the morning.
      4. Nuts and fruits in Plenty.
      5. Keeping Non-vegetarian food to limited level.
      6. Not taking Non-vegetarian food for dinners.
      7. Raw Banana and Bengal gram in Plenty.
      8. Sesame seeds.
      9. Leafy vegetables.
      10. Vitamin B Complex and Probiotic capsules

      1. Correction: Instead of Bengal gram, it should be roasted and peeled Bengal Gram.
