Hey I was wondering what would you say are the go to basic ingredients that is good to have at home to make most meals? I have been struggling with IBS for 9 years. It recently had been really bad I need to start eating gut healthy things and drinks.

    This is a great question, @shsoto! While everyone has different food tolerances and triggers, we do have some information on this.
