SSRI Antidepressants for IBS C
Hi, i have very bad depression and anxiety and bipolar disorder and very bad IBS C
does anyone take SSRI for ibs c and had any success?
my DR is calling me tommorow
I'm so sorry that you're dealing with all this. I have never tried anti-depressants before, but we have this article that mentions them as a treatment option: "Both tricyclic and SSRI (selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors) antidepressants have historically demonstrated benefits in the treatment of IBS."
