Severe pain off of probiotics

Wondering if anyone can figure this out, started having severe abdominal pain one day which I never get. Seemed like a possible infection to me I met with my physician and we tried ABX. After several type with some success and lowering this pain, I couldnt fully cure. Pain would be severe off of ABX and still bad while on ABX. We tried zafaxan and same thing, nothing would fully resolve this pain but they do indeed help and helped me avoid the ER. Thats how bad this pain was. Finally I tried probiotics and no ABX was able to get the pain down to near 0. Some days are normal, however when I stop the pain returns just as it was prior to taking the probiotics. No doubt ABX helped but nothing like the probiotics. I cant tell if this is an infection or SIBO. Pain is severe off of the probiotics. Anyone have any idea what this can be. Drs are a loss so please dont refer me back to them lol. pain is in the small intestines not colon.
