I have heard a lot about marshmellow root powder tea lately and am curious if anyone here has tried it?
My aunt turned me onto it, saying she's been drinking it daily for years and feels it really helps to soothe the gut, she has ibs-c. I read some articles online that profess of its gut healing properties and ability to really help the frequency of bms for ibs-d folks like me...with all saying there are NO known side effects, seems worth a shot obviously, so i started it today.
If anyone has tried and found effective or not, I'd love to hear how, why and dosage! Thanks in advance!
