Loud gurgling noises
Does anybody experience really loud bowel gurgling noises, not necessarily connected to diarrhea. I have IBS mixed and some days I have these all day long with not much of an interval in between. More hyperactive after eating anything. I only have small meals which helps with cramping, and colpermin also helps cramps but nothing seems to stop or ease the loud noises, and I MEAN embarrassingly LOUD. This doesn't happen every day but when it does ,it goes on all day long
