The main thing I snack on other than bananas and yogurt are Tostitos. I think I eat way too many because I can't think what else to eat that will be better. I think my main meals are okay, but I get really hungry in between sometimes.

Great question. I'm a snacker too. Some things I like to snack on are: - Apples and peanut butters - salted walnuts - organic popcorn (i can tolerate it) - smoothies - organic cheese and deli meat - chocolate - chips and hummus
Hope this helps some.

Thanks for the reply, but nuts, dairy, smoothies, and chocolate are things I never eat. I had to stop eating apples years ago because my problems noticeably increased when I ate one. I used to eat peanut butter occasionally but get bad pain when I eat it now. I eat deli turkey sometimes but that's more a lunch thing. I can tolerate hummus but I do better with Tostitos than other kinds of chips, so that wouldn't be adding much.

I struggle a lot with snacks, too, so I can relate. Have you tried rice cakes? They work well for me. I also eat bread with butter or honey. Speaking of chips, I've found vegetable chips (made of beetroot and carrots) recently which I tolerate quite well. Karina (team member)

I used to eat rice cakes but I was worried the brown rice might be causing problems, but that might not have been it. I might try them again. I keep bread but not sure how good that is, I try not to overdo the bread. I have had Terra chips but I think they can be quite expensive, if I remember correctly. Thanks for the suggestions.

Regarding the rice cakes, I find that it depends on the brand and the ingredients, as there are definitely some that don't work as well. If you're struggling with bread, have you ever tried gluten-free bread? I can't have gluten, so that's all I eat. Karina (team member)
