of course I am not a doctor but just from my personal experience eating organic when possible. Cooking with healthy fats like olive oil, avocado oil. Eating veggies steamed. Bone broth and chicken broth are always a good idea. Pumpkin soup and butternut squash soup are great too. Avoiding wheat. Processed sugars. Soda. All the processed stuff.
For probiotics I use the brand Garden of Life and have also used the brand Klaire labs. As far as vitamins it is important to know if you are deficient in any, so get blood work first. But a good, food based multi vitamin is always a good idea.
