Help

Any advice on what to eat & what not to eat !! Only 2 nd time i had ibs flare up 😟😞

  1. Many people have luck with the Low FODMAP diet. You can find lists of it online. I'd also recommend speaking with a doctor and/or a nutritionist that specializes in gut health. A nutritionist will help you figure out what foods work with your body. That's where I'd start. i hope this helps! All the best, Michaela (irritablebowelsyndrome.net Team Member)

    1. Thank you very much for info

I've also found that a food diary can be very helpful when trying to figure out your trigger foods. Just write down everything you eat as well as your body's reaction. Then you can go back after a while and see if certain foods seem to always cause symptoms. Sending hugs! Karina (team member)
