Make a long story short. I didn't suffer long from IBS when I found a book on a blood type diet , turned out I am O negative and dairy and grain product is my worst enemy , a couple of month into doing martial art the high belt guys talking about what to eat for energy they all agreed on huge pasta so I eat two huge pasta a day when all started so I cut out the pasta and I only eat a bit of 100% rye bread in a week and in 4 day lost 10 kg I bet none of the party line doctors would believe that but if you are like me you will if you try it. No more IBS for the last 30 years.
