Make a long story short. I didn't suffer long from IBS when I found a book on a blood type diet , turned out I am O negative and dairy and grain product is my worst enemy , a couple of month into doing martial art the high belt guys talking about what to eat for energy they all agreed on huge pasta so I eat two huge pasta a day when all started so I cut out the pasta and I only eat a bit of 100% rye bread in a week and in 4 day lost 10 kg I bet none of the party line doctors would believe that but if you are like me you will if you try it. No more IBS for the last 30 years.

    My grandma is a huge believer in the blood type diet as well, but I personally never spent much time researching it... I'm an AB+ and I just know that I couldn't live without beef and chicken. They're my safe foods (in combination with white rice) whenever I'm having bad days. Wheat is terrible for me too though, since I have a gluten intolerance.
    Have you stuck to this diet for the past 30 years as well?
