I'm so sorry that you've been dealing with these symptoms for so long. For me personally, minimizing stress helps the most. I have anxiety, too, and that's by far my biggest trigger. I also try eating a clean(-ish) gluten-free diet with different protein sources and avoid foods with tons of additives. Medication has never worked for me though, but I think that's because my IBS is mostly caused by stress (and gluten-sensitivity , I'm a lot better since I cut out gluten). What have you tried so far?
