So far I have been diagnosed with IBS, gluten sensitivity, high fructose corn syrup makes me have flu like symptoms for three to four days.

I'm so sorry that you've been dealing with these symptoms for so long. For me personally, minimizing stress helps the most. I have anxiety, too, and that's by far my biggest trigger. I also try eating a clean(-ish) gluten-free diet with different protein sources and avoid foods with tons of additives. Medication has never worked for me though, but I think that's because my IBS is mostly caused by stress (and gluten-sensitivity , I'm a lot better since I cut out gluten). What have you tried so far? hi, I had IBS long time about 30 years ago , at that time I was suffering a lot and doctors keep giving me all different kinds of medications!!! and non of them worked . it is so frustrating and embarrassing. one day my Auntie ( lives in village) heard of my problem and advised me to eat CAROB about 7 every early morning 2 before breakfast for a month surprisingly my symptoms gone for ever until recently I felt my symptoms appeared again ( I am 50 now) so for 30 years I felt very good , I started eating CAROB again and my symptoms has gone again !! I suggest you try it and I am pretty sure it will cure your bowel problems .

That's a good point. I live in Europe, so maybe that's why I could only find the powder form... Karina (team member)
