I have tried the Nerva app and I've written an article about it not too long ago, if you're interested: https://irritablebowelsyndrome.net/living/hypnotherapy-app. Other community members shared their experiences in the comments as well. I hope this helps! Karina (team member)

I’ve been practicing a method founded by a Dr. Abraham Low. It helps me with anxiety. But this IBS-D is really doing a number on me. I find it stressful being away from a bathroom. Already had one to many mishaps. I’ve also made an appointment with a new gastro doctor for a 2nd opinion. Keeping fingers crossed and saying prayers.

Everything that changes your mindset in a positive way is ALWAYS worth a try, I'd say. I do Mindfulness meditation training and it helps me not being too stressed about my health which def. helps with my overall mood.
