I totally feel you. It can certainly feel like that when your body is always rejecting food willy and nilly. Since this last post, have you found any helpful means of relief? Any moods that don't trigger you? For me, I've pretty much had to cancel eating at italian restaurants. Everything there is a trigger for me. Whether it's the garlic, herbs, sauces, or creams. It's all bad for ya boy over here. It's been frustrating having to only eat salmon, broccoli, and maybe mashed potatoes when I go out, but I'd rather eat an underwhelming meal than get horrible stomach cramps and feel embarrassed. Even if I'm in the most understanding and accepting of company. I hope you've been feeling well as of late with a better understanding of what triggers you, as well as methods to get through it.
