Why does my stomach feel empty?
I've started using a generic version of Beano, and an Align probiotic. Between the two I have noticed a good reduction in my IBS-D symptoms. Despite eating 3 solid meals per day, my stomach is feeling empty by the end of the day... anyone else experience this?

I can relate to this experience. There was a time where no matter how much I ate I always felt hungry, or that my stomach was empty. However, in my case, I was on a steroid called Prednisone. Are you on any medication at the moment? Perhaps it could be a side effect?
