My tip is this ; be very careful if you decide to try absorbing COLLAGEN through drinking packeted crystalised bone broth! I started drinking it once a day for nearly a month before it affected firstly with mild nausea every day that turned to spasms, & gas across the top of the colon causing indigestion & need for ant-acids, then typical IBS bowel movements of both solids & D. Finally constipation with much discomfort sent me to Google "IBS & Collagen" & there was my answer starting with "Not everyone needs collagen in fact ------------------
