LOWFOODMAP

Hey
I am starting lowfoodmap diet and wondering about one thing. Namely I want to know if monash uni. claims that 1 serving of dark chocolate 30g and 1/2 cup of almonds are safe it means I can eat them together or i have to choose between them two and thats it for the rest of the day? Can someone help me?
Thanks in advance!

  1. Thanks for reaching out. Both almonds and dark chocolate are low FODMAP. And, yes, as long as you are sticking to a small portion, they can be eaten together and still considered low fodmap.
