Long Suffering

Hi all.
Just thought I would share my experience in the hope it may help some of you.
I have been suffering with IBS for the last 30 year but only been diagnosed in the last year.

Like most of you food has been an enemy, watching what I eat, dreading going out for meals and most of all making sure if and where public convenience are which became priority. This has been my life for 30 years and plays a big part in ALL aspects of life, including relationships.

I love all food so pin pointing peculiar types has been hard and I never seem to come to a conclusion.
Unfortunately CHOCOLATE can be a bit hit and miss.

Doctor couldn't do anything apart from "try over the counter medication"

RESULTS:
I now take.
1 capsule of loperamide 2mg (occasionally 2 but be carful, I ended up with constipation)
1 capsule of peppermint oil 200mg.
Morning /midmorning dose.

My eating habits are now small meals but any foods and I can enjoy a full day without stress and going out for meals.

I still suffer if i over indulge but generally I'm living a normal existence for the first time in years.

Hope this helps or at least put on a path.
