Last little update
Hello guys!
I hope you are all doing as good as you can be.
I wanted to leave a last little update on my situation.
I had my surgery (laparoscopic cholecystectomy) on the 5th April and it went very well!
I have four incisions and spent the majority of the first day or two very high on pain meds. (lol)
Since I'm pretty young at eighteen I'm recovering pretty fast and already feeling a lot better and I got to have a normal diet as soon as I woke up.
I'll have a follow up appointment in May to have my liver looked at and check how I'm doing recovery wise but I'm feeling great and I'm super excited to get my life back on track now that I've started recovering.
Thank you all so much for all the reassurance and kind words through out this whole thing, this community has been incredible since disorders/illnesses can be so isolating at times.

Please remember to not overdo it and try to stay healthy (diet/excercise a.s.o.).
It's also great that you - as you already mentioned - discovered your underlying cause with 18, your body will surely adapt and recover very well.
