intestines are gurgling throughout the day...is that part of IBS
I have recently (the last few months) started having a gurgling sensation in my lower right abdomen and it comes and goes but happens throughout the day. I have no pain but some bloating. is that common with IBS?
I too have constant gurgling.which means gas and bloat and sometimes on to a bad nauseating pain in gut!
