Dear Mikemcm22, I have researched much about the subject and listened to others who have son the same for finding out about our own digestion discomforts and it seems that the mind and the digestion are almost as one and therefore very closely interlinked. So, stress, worry, or the opposite of peacefulness is hugely responsible for adverse digestion processes. I think that the digestive system is extremely sensitive. Knowing this could help you to find out more about relaxation and its importance for our health. We are not taught relaxation and how to get away from pressure in life but life is basically a load of pressure unless we know more! That's my opinion anyway 🕊️ Peace is vital.
