Have you been watching the know your sh.t on channel 4? It's really informative. I'm going to eat 2 kiwis a day for constipation. Apparently natural laxative properties and good for the gut. Week 3 was about IBS . Worth a watch

Hi Karina well it's been a week without a bowel movement until this morning so maybe it's the kiwis that have helped. I'll keep eating them regularly.

That's great! Finding natural ways to ease symptoms is the best. I personally can't try the kiwis because I have IBS-D, but please keep us updated if they keep helping you when eaten regularly! This would be so helpful for anyone suffering from constipation. Karina (team member)
